Stephens Capital Group LLC respects your privacy. We use the information you provide for our internal business purposes, such as reviewing your financing request and communicating with you. We do not sell your contact details or sensitive financing information.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property and project details, and information submitted with a financing application. Our website also collects basic browser, device, and usage information.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, review financing options, manage your request, maintain our business records, and operate and improve our services. If you receive investor updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

When information may be shared

We do not sell or rent your contact details, application information, or sensitive financial data. We do not share that information, including mobile phone numbers or text-message consent, with third parties for their own marketing.

We use service providers to host the website, process and store forms, manage records, and deliver email or other communications. These providers process information as needed to support our services. If you authorize us to pursue financing with a lender, we may share the information needed for that request. We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.

How long we keep information

Financial and other highly sensitive information: We keep financial records and other highly sensitive information you provide for no more than 12 months from the date of submission, then securely delete it from records under our control. This includes information such as financial statements, income, assets, debts, credit information, dates of birth, and identification documents, along with related copies in our customer records, form submissions, and business email.

Basic contact information: We retain your name, email address, phone number, and other basic contact details unless you explicitly ask us to remove them completely. The 12-month limit for sensitive information does not apply to these basic contact details. To request complete removal, email help@stephenscapitalgroup.org.

If a law or legal hold requires a particular record to be kept longer, we retain only the information needed for that requirement, restrict its use, and delete it when the requirement ends. Independent lenders and other third-party services may have their own retention obligations and privacy policies.

Cookies, advertising, and email measurement

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to understand website use and measure advertising. These tools may use cookies and collect technical information such as your IP address, device or browser details, pages visited, and advertising click identifiers. Our own campaign-attribution cookie lasts up to 90 days and may be renewed when you return through another campaign.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through Google and Meta. Their technical records are separate from the financing information you submit to us.

Investor emails may record delivery and observed opens when an image loads. Email privacy features and security scanners can affect those measurements. You can block remote images in your email settings or unsubscribe from investor updates.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need information to perform their work. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send passwords, full Social Security numbers, or banking login details through ordinary email or a general website inquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or completely delete information you provided, including your retained contact details. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications. Contact help@stephenscapitalgroup.org. Unsubscribing from investor updates stops marketing emails; it does not by itself request complete deletion of your contact record. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request. Any legally required retention still applies.
