Stephens Capital Group LLC (“we,” “us”) operates this website to help real estate investors explore business-purpose financing options.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our funding request or loan application, such as your name, contact information, date of birth, residence, borrowing entity, property and deal details, financial profile, credit-score range, and investment experience.
• Basic technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address and pages visited, used for site operation and security.

How we use your information

• To review your funding scenario and respond to your request.
• To match your scenario with lending programs, which may involve sharing your deal information with prospective lenders.
• To communicate with you about your request by phone, email, or text if you provide those details.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use this site and to measure the results of our advertising. These services set cookies and may collect device and usage information, including a Google click identifier when you arrive from one of our ads.

We also set a first-party cookie on your browser that records how you reached the site — for example, the search campaign that referred you. If you later submit a funding request or application, that information is attached to your submission so we can tell which advertising produces genuine inquiries. It is not used to build a profile of you and is not shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Investor email updates

Our investor welcome emails may include a small image that records an observed open when your email service loads it. We use message delivery and observed-open information to understand and improve our email updates. This measurement does not tell us reliably whether you personally read an email: privacy protections, security scanners, and image blocking can affect it. Our email analytics records do not store the recipient’s IP address or device details, although hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.

You can block remote images in your email settings and use the unsubscribe link in investor updates to stop future marketing emails. Unsubscribing from updates does not prevent necessary communications about a funding request you submitted.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention and security

Form submissions are stored with our website hosting and form processing providers and may be delivered to us by email. We keep submissions only as long as needed to evaluate and service funding requests, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them.
